1) Tickets for the Kirkcudbright Fringe Festival 2026 may be purchased online and the event may sell out online, however tickets will be made available at the venue and at the information point over the weekend if events have availability.

2) All attendees are required to present a valid ticket at the entrance of the festival. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry.

3) The festival is open to participants aged 18 and above, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4) The festival organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5) All festivalgoers are required to follow laws. Anyone found breaking the law will be escorted out of the venue and may face legal action.

6) No outside food or drink is allowed inside venues unless purchased within that venue

7) Festival organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen property.

8) The festival reserves the right to change its lineup, schedule, and artist performances at any time.

9) The festival venues are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

10) Attendees are encouraged to be respectful towards each other, the artists, and the festival staff. Any instances of harassment or violence will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the festival and possible legal action.

11)  All tickets are bought in good faith and are not refundable unless the event in question is cancelled in which case refunds will be paid by the Fringe.

12) By purchasing a ticket to the Kirkcudbright Fringe Festival 2026, attendees agree to these terms and conditions.
